Dr Guro Vasdal is an ethologist and project leader at Animalia – the Norwegian Meat and poultry research Centre in Oslo. Her research is focused on broilers, turkeys, laying hens and broiler breeders, with special emphasis on effects of farmer management and physical factors on behavior, health and welfare.

Dr Molly Parker is a poultry veterinarian at Select Genetics with a DVM from North Carolina State University, MAHM from the University of Georgia and is a Diplomate of the American College of Poultry Veterinarians (ACPV). She has a special interest in turkey welfare and spent 8 years with Butterball, LLC leading their animal welfare program.

Dr Aitor Arrazola is a biologist interested in studying animal behavior and ways to improve animal welfare through research. His research at the IRTA R&D Center focuses on addressing animal welfare concerns and developing reliable behavioral and physiological indicators to assess the welfare of animals under commercial conditions.
